STUDII HISTO-ANATOMICE LA UNELE
PLANTE RARE SI OCROTITE IN ROMANIA (NOTA VI)
RODICA RUGINA, VIOLETA TANASESCU*
* Universitatea “Al. I.
Cuza” Iasi, Gradina Botanica “A. Fatu” Iasi, Romania
Abstract: In this paper it is analysed the vegetative organs
(the stem and the leaf) on the transversal and superficial sections
of the folowing woody species: Colutea arborescens L.,
Coronilla emerus L. ssp. emeroides (Boiss. et
Sprun.) Hay, Prunus tenella Batsch., Paliurus spina-Christi
Mill., Ziziphus jujuba Mill.
It is evidenced some structural peculiarity which are diagnostical
importance: in the stem, the structure of the periderm, of the pericycle
and of the vascular tissue (the size and the shape of the woody
vessels, the presence of the woody parenchyma); in the leaf, the
petiole contour in transection, type of the trichomes; the presence
of the secretary cells in the epidermis and the mesophyll structure.
Key words: histo-anatomy, rare and protected species at Romanian

de Cercetare si Productie Silvica Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Abstract: Testing in vitro the biological action of some
fungicides for seed treatment on the fungus Ph. occulta in
the Laboratory of Mycology at R.I.P.P. Bucharest it was concluded
that the most toxic against the pathogen were the products: Bavistin
DF, Konker, Curzate Manox, Tiramet 60 PTS, Tiracarb 60 PTS, Tirametox
90 PTS, followed by Gammavit 85 PSU, Sancozeb 80 WP, Ronilan DF
and Sumilex 50 WP.
It has been established the in vitro relationships between the fungus
Ph. occulta and various taxa of saprophytic fungi (Trichoderma,
Gliocladium, Trichothecium, Coniothyrium,
Epicoccum, Verticillium, Sordaria), with
a view to selecting strongly antagonistic isolates showing capacity
of biological agents for controlling the pathogen, test having priority
in special literature. Only Trichoderma viride
isolates and mutants and Sordaria fimicola proved a strong
antagonistic capacity against the test-fungus Ph. occulta.
Key words: Phomopsis occulta, conifers, fungicides,
antagonsitic fungi

VEGETATIA ARENARIE DIN CÂMPIA

OPREA Adrian*
* Universitatea “Al. I. Cuza”
Iasi, Gradina Botanica “A. Fatu", Romania
Abstract: The psammophytic vegetation from the Tecuci Plain
(Galati county) is presented in this paper. This kind of vegetation
is represented, in that area, by eleven vegetal associations, distributed
on the sandy soils in the Southern part of Moldavia region of Romania.
All of these associations were analysed from floristical, phytocoenological,
live’s forms, and phytogeographycal points of view. The floristic
composition of psammic associations is influenced by the penetration
of the species belonging to the Festuco-Brometea class.

of Danube Delta. The dominant species in this association is
Centaurea
pontica
Prodan & E. I. Nyárády, as an endemic
one for the Romanian flora. All the phytocoenoses of this association
are settled down in the ruderal places, on river-maritime sands,
moderately salted and light nitrophylous. The characteristic species
for this new association are Centaurea pontica and
Plantago
coronapus
. The halotype of the association is the releve no.

Abstract: Further on our geobotanical investigations upon
Cernovca River Island (Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve), we are presenting
now other twenty-seven vegetal associations. All of these associations
can be alloted to the ruderal vegetation, halophytic vegetation,
meadow vegetation, and bush vegetation. These types of vegetation
were installed as a human influence over the natural succesion,
resulting thus a secondary change of the vegetational cover.

COLECTII DE PLANTE DECORATIVE UNICAT

Elena**
* Universitatea “Al. I.

** Liceul Zorleni, Bârlad, Romania
Abstract: The paper present 5 collections of decorative plants
which have a small attack of phytopatogens in cultural conditions
from Ornamental Department of Jassy Botanical garden. These collections
are unique because of their size and their scientific value. They
have 709 taxas (92 taxas – Begonia L. Collection,
500 taxas – Chrysanthemum L. Collection, 30 taxas
– Cucurbitaceae B. Juss. Collection, 88 taxas Pelargonium
L. Hérit & Ait. Collection, 7 taxas – Zantedeschia
(L.) Spr. Collection).
We found only 14 phytopatogens from the 40-s which are cites by
literature being parasite on our taxas.
For Begonia, the literature cites 8 phytopatogens (3 micromycetes,
2 bacterias, 2 viruses) but we found only Oidium begoniae
Putt, Agrobacterium tumefaciens (E.F. Smithrand) Towsend
and Lycopesicum virus 3.
In Chrysanthemum collection, we found only 8 phytopategens
from the 29-s cites by literature. The phytopatogens (find by us)
are: Erysiphe cicoracearum D.C., Septoria chrysanthemella
Sacc., Alternaria chrysanthemi (only in some years),
Fusarium
chrysanthemi
Litt (some years), 4 viruses in latency.
In Cucurbitaceae Collection, we didn’t find any phytopatogens,
but the literature didn’t cites anything too.
For Pelargonium, the literature cites 13 phytopatogenes
(4 viruses, 6 bacterias, 3 mycromicetes) but we found only 2 micromycetes
(Puccinia pelargoni zonale Doige, Pythium de barianum
Hesse) and one viruses in latency (cucumber mosaic virus).
Zantedeschia collection wasn’t attacked by phytopatogens.
Because of cultural technology, warning and control methods, our
collections have a small attack of phytopatogens.
Key words: phytopatogens, decorative plant colections.
